迄今为止,公司已深入到照明工程、电力工程、通信工程、弱电系统工程、绿化景观工程等几个科技元素、文化元素较为突出的领域,并取得相应的资质资格。在以上领域中通过大量的工程项目实践,我们重点在队伍建设、运营模式、商业模式三方面总结经验、探索规律、大胆实践、创新成长。

队伍建设方面,公司现有各种专业、各类国家注册的专业技术人员60余人,具有承担千万元以上项目经验的管理人员30余人,一线工作人员平均年龄35岁以下。经过多年专业培训、职业精神教育、企业文化熏陶,我们已经拥有一支在各项工程领域中有精力、有能力、有责任心,敢打硬仗、能打硬仗的建设铁军。

运营模式方面,经过不断总结摸索已形成最适合我们成长的一整套运营模式,尤其在成本管理、质量管理、研发管理等方面颇有成效。在公司内部虚拟组织的成熟运转,使公司运作效率大幅提升,整合资源的能力进一步加强,最终为打造企业核心竞争力奠定基础。
